Terms & Refunds
1. Payment processing
All payments on WishForFish are processed by Razorpay. When you pay for an order, your card or UPI details are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or full UPI credentials on our servers.

2. Order confirmation & receipt
Orders are confirmed once payment is successful and a confirmation email / SMS is sent. You will also receive a receipt from Razorpay for successful transactions.
3. Refund & cancellation policy
If you cancel an order before it is dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund (payment gateway fees may apply in certain situations). If the order has been dispatched or delivered, refunds depend on the reason (wrong item, damaged, quality issue) and may be issued as replacement, refund or store credit after review.
Customer’s Refund & Cancellations
Customers cannot cancel their Order (or any product therein). Orders may only be cancelled by the Merchant if they are unable to serve the Customer for any reason (including but not limited to unavailability of items). In certain cases (including but not limited to sale of illegal products/items), Wish For Fish reserves the right to cancel such Orders.
Cancellation or Rejection of Orders
For pre-paid Orders, if any order or item is cancelled/rejected by Wish For Fish or the Merchant (including but not limited to unavailability), the amount equivalent to the cancelled item(s) along with applicable GST will be refunded to the Customer. Refunds are normally credited within 3–5 business days from the cancellation/rejection date.
If amount is debited but Order is not successful
For pre-paid Orders, if the amount is debited from the Customer’s account/card but the Order fails, the debited amount along with GST will be refunded, typically within 3–5 business days from the payment date.
4. How to request a refund
- Contact support at Wish4fish22@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.
- Provide photos/evidence if applicable.
- We will acknowledge within 48 hours and start the refund process.
5. Refund timeline
Refunds are processed from our end within 5–7 business days after approval. The actual time to reflect in your account depends on your bank and Razorpay settlement timelines (may take up to 7–14 business days).
6. Chargebacks & disputes
If you dispute a transaction with your card issuer, Razorpay will handle the case. We may request additional information. Refunds depend on the dispute result and bank timelines.
7. Contact & escalation
For refunds or disputes email Wish4fish22@gmail.com. If unresolved, you may raise the issue with Razorpay support as referenced in your Razorpay receipt.
